Computer Science Graduate Programs in Canada
Education of Canada is ruled independently by every
territory or province; therefore, there may be a lot of
differences between the provinces when comes to giving the
degrees. The western provinces follow American models,
whereas province of Ontario is the leader of education,
having numerous other provinces that adopt its model.
Relying on province, the bachelor's degree takes three/four
years for being completed. Going back to history, the
three-year degree was called the passing degree or universal
degree, and the four-year degree was named as honors degree.
In the provinces, which grant the 3-years bachelor's
degrees, the student can select to complete the additional
year studies for obtaining the 4-years honors degree.
